I believe I am a professional and competent teacher who strives to deliver learning experiences related to real life experiences and aligned with the 21st century. It is my aim that all students are valued and catered for and progress their learning to be the best citizens of tomorrow that they can be.
I have developed the graduate attributes of Central Queensland University, and the degree specific skills that will make me an outstanding learning manager for our young citizens.
I have engaged in practicums at three different sunshine coast schools and taught a range of year levels including all years from 2 to 7. During this time feedback has been positive and encouraging including comments such as, ‘you’ll make a great teacher’ ‘you are positive and enthusiastic’ and ‘your presence in our school community has been a tremendous asset and very much valued, I really appreciate your time and professionalism’.
I
am committed to becoming a strong member of the Professional Learning Community
that is Education Queensland. I look forward to working with fellow staff
members to ensure all students reach their full potential and become the best
citizens for tomorrow that they can.
