Introduction

Welcome to my Professional Skills portfolio.


My name is Michelle Usher and I am a final year Bachelor of Learning Management student at Central Queensland University. This blog details my engagement with the graduate attributes of my university and the degree specific skills I have acquired and refined while completing this undergraduate degree.

Central Queensland University (CQU) have eight graduate attributes all students develop whilst at the university, they are communication, problem solving, critical thinking, information literacy, team work, information technology competence, cross cultural competence and ethical practice. These skills are considered higher level graduate attributes are essential for all fields of employment and are therefore considered as important for all graduates. I believe that as a result of completing my study over the last three years I am competent in all of these attributes.
